I recorded some videos of using the system to enter the time for 40 hours, less than 40 and with over time.  Each had a slightly different process.   Then put up a simple webpage to host the videos.  The web page are here.

 

At work I also developed a spreadsheet to calculate subtotals and totals for parts inventory in one department and simple forms for another department to help do my job better and people on other shifts to use as well.
