Identifying and addressing the needs of the trucking industry

I use my experience and information from interviewing other drivers to help people interested in becoming a trucker to better determine if they are compatible for the trucking lifestyle. I also use the same resources to uncover the root causes of problems in the trucking industry. I use this information to help drivers make trucking a successful career.

This information is put out in the form of written, audio, video and digital content both online and off.

I saw problems in the trucking industry and set out to address it through sharing information.

The comments that you see below are from my Youtube Channel that is for people interested in becoming a truck driver. People subscribe and watch the videos because of the quality of the content. The nature of the videos is to help people determine if they are compatible for a trucking job and if so how to make it a successful career.

solving problems I started doing this to address a problem. For drivers the problem was high levels of stress and depression. Also, poor health, money issues and relationships problems.

For companies, the problem was/is high turnover. That stems from people getting into trucking and not knowing what to expect. If it ends up being different than they had assumed, they are not happy. That means poor work ethic and attitude about the job.

It would be smart for companies to properly inform drivers about what they are getting into so they know if they are compatible or not prior to spending thousands of dollars on trucking school.

Similar comments are also on the website. Video is not the only way that I reach people who I think need good quality information.
